- Presence: Ensure accurate store information across major platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Waze.
- Store Locator: Help customers locate the nearest store with current local data and specific filters on brand websites.
- Social Media: Oversee posts on platforms including Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
- Review: Centralize, respond to, and analyze customer feedback on Google and Facebook.
- Booster: Encourage additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.
- Messages: Consolidate and respond to chat messages from various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients throughout their Partoo journey
- Deliver platform training and updates on Google Business Profile features
- Lead initiatives to demonstrate the value of the Partoo solution to clients
- Conduct annual business reviews and suggest optimizations
- Propose new projects within the team
- Passion for customer relations
- Fluency in English or a willingness to improve (internal meetings)
- Bilingual in Portuguese with strong Spanish skills is a significant advantage
