  • Presence: Ensure accurate store information across major platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Waze.
  • Store Locator: Help customers locate the nearest store with current local data and specific filters on brand websites.
  • Social Media: Oversee posts on platforms including Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
  • Review: Centralize, respond to, and analyze customer feedback on Google and Facebook.
  • Booster: Encourage additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.
  • Messages: Consolidate and respond to chat messages from various platforms.
We are currently in search of a Customer Success Manager for our Iberia team to ensure an exceptional experience for our Spanish and Portuguese clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients throughout their Partoo journey
  • Deliver platform training and updates on Google Business Profile features
  • Lead initiatives to demonstrate the value of the Partoo solution to clients
  • Conduct annual business reviews and suggest optimizations
  • Propose new projects within the team
Essential Requirements:
  • Passion for customer relations
  • Fluency in English or a willingness to improve (internal meetings)
  • Bilingual in Portuguese with strong Spanish skills is a significant advantage
