Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with Managers to understand their departments' hiring needs and job specifications
  • Create and publish job postings on various platforms
  • Sourcing candidates using multiple databases, job boards, and social media
  • Screening candidates' resumes and job applications
  • Conducting interviews in compliance with best practices and local regulations
  • Closing candidates and assisting with their administrative onboarding
  • Providing analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the team
  • Promoting the company's reputation as a great place to work
  • Cultivating a diverse talent pipeline and contributing to Odaseva's DEI initiatives
Requirements
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition in SaaS and fast-growing environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews
  • Full professional proficiency in English
