Customer Success Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the primary point of contact for our global customers in the long-tail segment
- Handle client inquiries and requests efficiently, routing requests to the appropriate self-serve resource or team
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve customer requests in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and develop retention strategies to grow and nurture a portfolio of customers
- Work with the operations team to benchmark, evaluate, and operationalize process optimization opportunities, including AI tools

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Native-level English and French language proficiency
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
