A Product Validation Engineer is required to work with our team at Qorvo, Inc. in Sophia Antipolis, France.
About the Role
This role contributes to system validation and debug of UWB, BLE and MATTER solutions dedicated to Qorvo connectivity products. The engineer will work closely with product definition and solution architecture teams, as well as software development and integration teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of product validation strategy.
- Create and execute product validation plans.
- Deliver end-to-end test plans and product KPIs in collaboration with product validation & certification strategy and solution architects.
- Perform integration and testing of systems embedding Qorvo UWB and BLE modem chipsets.
- Participate in plug fests and certification campaigns.
- Collaborate with partners on joint E2E validation benches.
- Analyse bugs and raise tickets to hardware and software development teams.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant industry experience, expertise with Python programming, experience with C/C++ programming, and technical understanding of embedded systems, real-time OS/firmware, network & RF software layers, embeded security and secure element. Android experience is a plus, and knowledge of radio communication systems and standard bodies (3GPP, Wifi, BLE or other) is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously, and excellent analytical skills are essential.
