About the Role:
Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in targeted areas and maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of our sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in France.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Finance, and Logistics, to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and sales pipeline quotas.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related field in the IT/datacenter segment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Native French language proficiency, both written and spoken, with full professional fluency in English.
