Your Role- Drive the growth of Shift's partnerships function, focusing on Technology/Core Systems Partners in North America.
- Maintain and scale relationships with key partners, ensuring seamless integration of Shift's solutions.
- Lead the way in expanding Shift's relationships with new and existing partners, achieving and exceeding sales and pipeline creation targets.
- Align with partners on annual business plans, complete Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), agree on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance tracking dashboards.
- Ensure partners are enabled on all Shift solutions, both at sales and technical levels.
- Build joint Go-To-Market strategies, drive joint account planning sessions with partners, and maintain relationships at the executive level.
- Structure, negotiate, and sign new partnership agreements with core system and technology providers.
- Enable partners' go-to-market strategies, advocate for partners' needs internally, and manage the strategy and process of baking Shift Technology products into core systems partners' service offerings.
- Maintain a partner scorecard to communicate the effectiveness and quality of partner relationships to Shift's leadership team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Value Engineering, Customer Success, Enablement, to ensure continuity and facilitate partner success throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
- Provide feedback to the product team on partners' requests for product enhancements.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and pipeline creation targets in large Enterprise Sales settings, ideally at global B2B SaaS companies.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make complex things feel simple.
- Strong ability to network, hunt for, and manage senior executive relationships.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing relationships with System Integrator (SI) or Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners.
- Sales experience: 3 years minimum in IT, with 3 years minimum in a partnerships or channel management role.
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience.
- Professional proficiency in English.
