About the Role

At Workday France, we're seeking a talented Account Executive to join our Field Sales Operations organization. As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in driving new customer growth and helping our clients overcome the limitations of legacy platforms.

We're looking for someone who can craft relevant solutions that deliver long-lasting value to our customers. If you're passionate about partnering with clients to achieve their goals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive sales of Workday solutions
  • Build relationships with net new customers and negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota and run multiple deals at once
  • Experience managing longer deal cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities

Other Qualifications:

  • Proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the industry
  • Able to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Language: Fluent French and English
