About the Role

As a Team Leader at TEKsystems, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our Talent team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure high-value projects. Your expertise will be essential in providing specialist advice on our Permanent products and services, and in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the Talent team to secure high-value projects and provide specialist advice on our Permanent products and services
  • Ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
  • Provide mentoring and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge
