Our Structured Export Finance TeamOur Structured Export Finance team specialises in the structuring and execution of export finance transactions and financing of capital goods under cover of the French public credit insurer (Bpifrance Assurance Export). We are a recognised player in the field, confirmed by our consistent position in the top 10 of the Global Export Finance League Tables.
Your Responsibilities- You will develop and maintain client relationships with exporters of capital goods and related services, importers/borrowers in emerging markets, Bpifrance Assurance Export, and any stakeholder involved in trade promotion.
- You will prospect and pursue new transaction opportunities via contacts with internal and external stakeholders and networks. You will support the planning of marketing activities in the export markets you are active in.
- You will support and/or lead the structuring and execution of transactions, including commercial and credit risk discussions and documentation negotiations, including due diligence and ensure that all internal processes are correctly followed.
- You will manage/monitor relevant parts of the existing portfolio transactions, support/lead the process for waiver requests, and contribute to annual credit reviews.
- You will participate in external events and associations.
- You will lead or participate in relevant projects.
- You have a university degree in finance, engineering, or law.
- You are committed to joining a sustainable and caring company that is committed to actively participating in the financing of the energy transition.
- You have several years of professional experience in structured (export) finance with a proven track-record in transaction management.
- You have strong knowledge of the Export Finance Product and network in the ECA market, with a strong focus on France.
- You have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- You are a committed and commercially minded professional with attention to detail.
