Senior Structured Export Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structured Export Finance Specialist to join our team at ING Wholesale Banking. As a key member of our Structured Export Finance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, structuring and executing export finance transactions, and managing relevant parts of the existing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain client relationships with exporters of capital goods and related services, importers/borrowers in emerging markets, and Bpifrance Assurance Export, the French Export Credit Agency (ECA).
- Prospect and pursue new transaction opportunities via contacts with internal and external stakeholders and networks.
- Support and/or lead the structuring and execution of transactions, including commercial and credit risk discussions and documentation negotiations.
- Manage and monitor relevant parts of the existing portfolio transactions, support/lead the process for waiver requests, and contribute to annual credit reviews.
- Participate in external events and associations.
- Lead or participate in relevant projects.
- University degree in finance, engineering, or law.
- Several years of professional experience in structured (export) finance with a proven track record in transaction management.
- Strong knowledge of the Export Finance Product and network in the ECA market, with a strong focus on France.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Committed and commercially minded professional with attention to detail.
