Commercial Enablement Manager

The Commercial Enablement Manager is a key position within the European Pricing and Commercial Analytics organization. Reporting to the Pricing and Revenue Manager of the region, this role focuses on driving the activation and compliance of the global way of working within the regional commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Business System Specialists to ensure regional demands are captured and addressed.
- Drive the activation and compliance of global business processes and systems, ensuring consistency across all countries.
- Measure and drive the return on investment of agreed initiatives, focusing on usage rates and process efficiency.
- Lead change management within the Regional Management Team and region, ensuring smooth stop/change activations.
- Work with regional management teams to continuously improve key performance indicators.
- Secure competency development and management for all regional users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Stay proficient in global business processes and systems, including CRM, CPQ, and PBI, to support local organizations.
- Contribute to business systems roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with regional needs.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and build business relationships at multiple levels.
- A university degree, with a focus on business or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
