EHS Manager

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team in France. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction, planning, and oversight of EHS policies and programs to ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations and Corporate standards across the France CHVAC entities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead EHS strategy development and implementation for France, ensuring alignment with Commercial HVAC business unit strategic direction and France Service and Sales Organizations.
- Collaborate with senior management and other functions to achieve optimal EHS performance, coaching management teams to develop a deep understanding of EHS responsibilities and business benefits.
- Develop and deploy EHSOS Operational Controls, create additional policies and practices, monitor EH&S program development and implementation, and report progress to relevant leadership.
- Oversee EHS investigations into workplace incidents, identify root causes, and capture lessons learned.
- Lead EHS training and development programs, manage subcontractor safety performance, and ensure they meet EHS standards and expectations.
- Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Engineering, or relevant scientific/technical area.
- Minimum 10 years progressive work experience in construction, field-based, or manufacturing operations.
- Regulatory knowledge, including safety, environmental, and other regulatory standards applicable to building services industries and construction.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, motivate, and lead teams, drive change, and interact cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, influence, and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal.
