The Business Development Specialist position in alternance is a key role in the development of agap2 IT. You will be an accelerator of growth for the agency.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate daily with business engineers to develop activities for large industrial clients such as Framatome or Orano;
- Identify solutions to meet client needs;
- Select consultant profiles and track processes;
- Build a network of candidates in line with the activities of your agency;

- Become a Business Engineer: develop commercial, management, and intrapreneurship skills;

Requirements:- Student in Bac +4/5 in a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in business development, management, or project management;
- Good understanding of the industrial environment and its challenges is a plus;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Team spirit: able to work in collaboration with different internal teams (business engineers, HR, consultants);
- Result-oriented: motivated by the challenge and performance, with a strong analytical capacity and a taste for closing;
- Autonomy and proactivity: able to identify client needs and propose innovative solutions;
- Social skills: comfortable in managing client relationships and creating a network of contacts;
- Curiosity and openness: constantly seeking learning, particularly in technical and commercial aspects;
