Job Mission

Under the authority of the Ergonomics and FOH Director, you will be responsible for conducting and managing studies for design, construction, modernization, and operation of industrial sites and equipment in collaboration with other team members. Your missions will be:

  • Develop human factors integration plans
  • Manage project follow-up on which you will be identified as the main reference (planning, follow-up of respect for progress and deadlines)
  • Analyze work situations, the efficiency of organizational arrangements and technical means provided for operators (workplace layout, control rooms, equipment used, IHM, control commands...)
  • Write incident and event reports from a FOH angle
  • Define and track FOH requirements and/or recommendations
  • Organize training and awareness sessions in design studies for all project stakeholders
  • Contribute to estimating client offers
Profile

You hold a Master's degree in a university or an engineering degree with a specialization in human sciences, or a Ph.D. in ergonomics (cognitive sciences, human sciences) with significant experience of at least 2 years, ideally in the nuclear sector.

A professional English level is required for this position.

You are a dynamic person, capable of evaluating established devices by project actors, a good relational person to be close to operational staff, and a good writing capacity.
