About the Role

Rexel, a leading global distributor of electrical products and services, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its IT Service Delivery team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the global operations and delivery of IT services, ensuring the stability and security of our cloud, hybrid, and datacenter technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global operations functions 24/7 for Digital, Security, Infrastructure, and globalization of L1 and L2 support teams.
  • Ensure a stable and secure operation for the entire CTO foundations scope, supporting the Senior IT Manager accountable for Delivery of the CTO's Services.
  • Manage and configure ITSM tooling, including logic and API management.
  • Lead Run Services for all scopes, including management of suppliers, SLAs, availability, and Service Catalogue offerings.
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and communication on each scope is transparent.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure lifecycle management and production stability.
  • Ensure incident and crisis management process and communication plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Service and Operations Delivery, ideally with prior technical experience.
  • Tactical soft skills, including working with different cultures within a decentralized and complex organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate across a broad spectrum of users.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong autonomy.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Team player with a continuous improvement, collaborative, positive, and resilient mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of a broad spectrum of Infrastructure and cloud solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation.
