About the Role
The Product Owner CPQ is responsible for the performance of configuration tools for offers, quotes, and tariff management exceptions. As such, they ensure the accuracy, functionality, and ergonomics of internal CPQ tools provided to various teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze user needs from marketing, commercial, and production teams
- Express user needs to technical teams for designing and testing new features
- Manage priorities and arbitrate the backlog of features to develop
- Specify and collaborate with technical teams for implementing new features
- Ensure user satisfaction for product owners, commercial teams, production teams, and partners
- Configure offers and tariffs in tools
- Implement and follow the process for managing commercial discounts on various channels (direct sales, indirect sales, and white-label brands)
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner CPQ, preferably in the telecommunications sector
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, strong proposal skills, and curiosity
- Strong communication, relational, and teamwork skills
- High level of rigor, proactivity, and autonomy in project management
- Good technical understanding of tools to interface with development teams
