What You Bring
A deep understanding of HR processes and a affinity with technology, or a deep understanding of technology and an affinity with HR. In both cases, those who are determined to go deep into the needs of our clients will fit in perfectly. And also:
- You have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in selling SAP solutions.
- Strong commercial, contractual, and negotiation skills, the ability to effectively lead a sales cycle in its entirety, and the ability to analyze client questions and needs to submit an appropriate offer.
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of SAP payroll, HR, and the technological aspect of such an environment.
- Fluent in English.
Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales - SAP Solutions at SD Worx France, you represent SD Worx on the ground:
SAP Opportunity Management:
- Generate leads and interact with potential clients
- Build and develop SAP market relationships in the region
- Build a solid pipeline and follow up on commercial leads
- Develop effective sales plans to ensure revenue targets and growth
- Establish solid relationships based on client requirements
- Take the initiative to map the market and establish an objective business plan
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain best practices, policies, and procedures to stimulate clients
