Your Responsibilities:
- Management of Technical Operations: Oversee and coordinate all technical functions within the Infrastructure Business Unit, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of at least three professionals, fostering their growth and encouraging a collaborative and innovative workplace culture.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical advisor for both the team and clients, offering solutions to intricate challenges and recommending effective strategies.
- Client Support in Managed Services: Supervise client relationships in managed services, assisting IT teams and end-users while ensuring the operational integrity of infrastructures (systems, cloud, networks, security, backup, etc.).
- Consultation and Infrastructure Development: Develop and execute strategies to assist clients in enhancing their architectures and infrastructures, including cloud migrations, virtualization, storage optimization, and network performance enhancements.
- Project Coordination: Manage and oversee the deployment of infrastructure solutions, migrations, and upgrades, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Pre-Sales Technical Support: Collaborate with the sales team by drafting technical specifications for proposals and participating in technical presentations to prospective clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years in a comparable position, with a strong background in team leadership and complex project management.
- Advanced Technical Knowledge: Established expertise in infrastructure systems, network designs, and a solid understanding of cloud and security solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated skills with firewalls, proxies, load balancers, routers, switches, network monitoring tools, Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, and SAN/NAS storage systems.
- Leadership and Project Management Skills: Experience in team management, with the ability to inspire and motivate, alongside project management capabilities (planning, budgeting, coordination).
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for drafting technical documents and engaging effectively with clients and team members.
