Strategic HR Expert – European Markets

Human Resources Business Partner Lombard Odier, a global wealth and asset manager, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support its front-office teams across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor law in France and additional knowledge of labor law in other European countries would be beneficial. Key responsibilities include: Providing strategic and operational support to front-office teams; Analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs; Collaborating with employee representatives and managing social relations; Contributing to recruitment assessments for senior positions; Providing guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning; Supporting the Learning & Development team in identifying training needs; Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies; Participating in HR or business projects at local or European level. Requirements include: A degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent; 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a demanding environment; Strong leadership and advisory skills, excellent communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills; Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), with Spanish and/or Italian considered an asset.
