We are looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to oversee and optimize pricing strategies for a leading beverage manufacturing company. The successful candidate will ensure profitable growth through strategic pricing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing frameworks that balance profitability and market competitiveness.
- Conduct detailed market research and price sensitivity analysis to refine pricing structures.
- Work with finance, marketing, and sales teams to ensure pricing supports business objectives.
- Establish and monitor pricing KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities.
- Manage promotional pricing strategies and discount structures to drive revenue.
- Use advanced analytics to develop dynamic pricing models and scenario planning.
- Ensure pricing compliance across various distribution channels.
- Train and support sales teams in executing pricing strategies effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of pricing experience within the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in pricing software.
- Ability to communicate complex pricing strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with revenue management and margin optimization.
- Fluency in French and English.
