Nous recherchons un(e) Talent Acquisition Manager Maîtrise des outils de sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, CVthèques).Compétences dans la rédaction et la diffusion d'annonces de recrutement percutantes.Capacité à identifier, attirer et convaincre des talents de qualité, notamment dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie/restauration.Connaissance des tendances du marché de l’emploi et des profils recherchés dans l’industrie de la restauration.Excellente communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.Suivi des candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement (pré-sélection, entretiens, retour, négociation d'offres).Maîtrise des entretiens comportementaux et techniques adaptés à la restauration.Développement et gestion de la marque employeur pour attirer les meilleurs talents.Création de partenariats avec des écoles, universités et institutions spécialisées dans la restauration.Connaissance des ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) et autres outils de gestion des candidatures.Capacité à gérer plusieurs processus de recrutement simultanément.Planification et coordination des étapes de recrutement pour chaque poste.Mise en place de processus efficaces et adaptés aux besoins du groupe.
