Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, UN(E) TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER (H/F), dans le cadre d'un CDI.

**Description du poste**:
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général, vous avez pour missions:

- Management opérationnel de l'équipe de chargés de recrutement,
- Développer la Marque Employeur,
- Assurer le reporting et le monitoring/optimisation de l'activité recrutement,
- Assurer les relations avec les partenaires extérieurs (agence de communication, job boards et plateformes de communication, Salons de recrutement, cabinet de recrutement...),
- Assurer l'accompagnement des managers opérationnels sur leur montée en compétences, sur leurs recrutements,
- Assurer l'interface avec les équipes RH afin de contribuer au développement de la mobilité interne au sein du Groupe,
- Ponctuellement, mener quelques missions de recrutement sur les profils les plus seniors, en lien avec la fonction Talent Acquisition Groupe.

**Description du profil**:
Vrai(e) professionnel(le) du recrutement (minimum 7/8 ans en gestion
opérationnelle de missions de recrutement), connaissance de
l'environnement des ESN (non critique mais souhaité), première
expérience en management d'équipe nécessaire.

Vous avez le sens du service, de fortes capacités d'analyse,
d'écoute et de communication. Vous êtes autonome, créatif et
savez prendre des initiatives.

De plus, vous avez une aisance relationnelle, vous êtes pragmatique,
courageux(se) et motivé(e).
