Nous sommes un groupe spécialisé dans la communication dans le secteur du Luxe. Composé de six entités très reconnues dans le monde de la communication du Luxe et de la Haute Joaillerie, nous offrons une gamme complète de services. Parmi ces entités, nous comptons une agence événementielle, une plateforme technologique de marketing d'influence, une agence de relations publiques et de presse au Moyen-Orient, ainsi qu'une agence créatrice et productrice de défilés.

Description du poste:
Nous recherchons un Senior Talent Acquisition Manager talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que Talent Acquisition Manager, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le processus de recrutement au sein du groupe. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de recrutement et les aider à définir les profils recherchés.
- Participer aux négociations salariales et à l'élaboration des offres d'emploi.

Profil recherché:

- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine du recrutement.
- Idéalement, une expérience préalable dans un cabinet de recrutement.
- Connaissance ou expérience du secteur de la communication ou du luxe serait un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
