As a medium-sized business, they provide a supportive work environment and a structured approach to their operations.Job DescriptionHandle customer accounts in the final stages of debt collection with professionalism and care.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Communicate effectively with customers to find suitable resolutions for outstanding debts.Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Provide support and guidance to customers regarding their financial obligations.Monitor and report on account progress to relevant stakeholders.Contribute to achieving team and company targets in debt resolution.The Successful ApplicantA successful Customer Accounts Advisor (Final Stage Debt Collection) should have:Experience in customer service, preferably within financial services or debt collection.Strong communication and negotiation skills whilst being able to show empathy and understanding.Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer accounts.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £26,500 to £27,500.Generous pension scheme with company contributions up to 10%.Private medical cover with an option to include family members at a small charge.Bonus of 5.5% based on individual and company performance.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company in Nantgarw within the financial services sector.
