Dans le cadre de leur croissance à l’international, je les accompagne sur un poste de Country Manager, qui, rattaché à haut niveau, interviendra sur des sujets e-commerce sur les marchés Espagne & Portugal. Au-delà d’une expérience confirmée, au moins 8 ans d’expérience, idéalement sur des sujets ecommerce, et la maîtrise de toute la chaîne de valeur de la gestion de projet, je recherche un profil ecommerce à destination d’un acteur en croissance ; une personne orientée résultats , avec une vision stratégique sur un scope international capable d’évangéliser & de convaincre pour mener à bien le projet à bien, pour une belle entreprise référente sur son secteur. Vous avez le goût du challenge, vous êtes prêt(e) à intégrer une équipe motivée, avec pour mission d’accompagner la construction & le déploiement de projets ; alors cette opportunité est faite pour vous. Rattaché(e) à haut niveau, vos principales missions seront : Vision stratégique En lien avec la direction générale, vous définissez la stratégie ecommerce Iberia sur toute la chaîne de valeur. Vous gérez également le P&L. Vous êtes force de proposition sur les projets & sur les processus à mettre en place. Vous effectuez un benchmark de la concurrence en vue d’optimiser en continu la stratégie ecommerce. Déploiement opérationnel Vous déployez la stratégie sur toute la chaîne de valeur : Gestion du P&L Déploiement de la roadmap Management des parties prenantes/tranversal/fonctionnel Lancement du ecommerce sur le marché Portugal … Vous définissez & suivez les KPIs de performance. Interface Vous travaillez en tranversal avec des ressources variées & mobilisez les expertises fonctionnelles pour mener à bien le projet de lancement du Portugal. Vous avez pour cela un rôle de chef d’orchestre. Vous managez / pilotez en direct une équipe pluridisciplinaire de différents experts.
