Description Position at LHH (France) missions:• Lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of Back Office and Front Office solutions implemented by the IT & Digital teams.• Oversee and coordinate the integration of LHH France tools with the group’s global solutions.• Actively contribute to strategic projects: tracking deliverables, managing risks, providing reporting and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.• Support the implementation of technological solutions for certain client projects, ensuring compliance with procurement, security, and compliance processes, as well as managing external providers.• Ensure technological compliance of solutions with the group’s IT standards, in collaboration with the IT Architecture and DevOps teams.• Centralize and harmonize responses to Security questionnaires during client RFPs.• Provide accurate and regular reporting on the progress of initiatives and achievement of objectives.
