Then you are the one we are looking for to join our dynamic HR team as a Talent Business Partner.

As Talent Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in helping us drive our learning and development activities
- Operate targeted programs to support our business objectives; work closely with other relevant functions and the global L&D network to ensure an effective and consistent approach;
- Support design and delivery of change initiatives, best practice exchange, relevance of programs and self-service offerings
- Leverage the L&D network and report insights regarding existing best practices to topic experts
- Plan and drive logistics of residential and virtual training events, work with internal and external resources to select locations, venues, and providers. Act as host for programs
- Share feedbacks results with program owners and execute any program change as instructed
- Help establish and facilitate the network of internal and external development opportunities.

You will join a team of 4 HR professionals, and you will be responsible for the learning & development and performance management area for a company of approximately 350 employees. In this role, you will enable, guide and drive talent management best practices to increase a culture with growth mindset.

**Profile**:

- Excellent advanced university degree, ideally in L&D,
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in professional services
- Instructional design, HR development and/or group facilitation, incl. virtual/online formats
- Experience in training management, organization and logistics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good business judgment
- Strong affinity to analytics and data in the human resources domain
- Ability to work effectively in a global virtual environment, with strong service behaviours
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art tools and technology in the learning space
- Initiative, ownership, and results-orientation
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel; as well as familiarity with LMS and survey tools
- Occasional travel and flexible schedule, where required

Moreover, you excel in building relationships due to your ability to network effectively, you are a strong communicator, and you pay close attention to detail. Furthermore, we love a sense of humour. As a final point, you are native or bilingual in French and have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
