Croissance rapide : 2 M € ARR en 2025, la startup fait *2 tous les ans depuis sa création Équipe ~20 personnes Une dizaine de récompense pour sa technologie VOTRE MISSION : En lien avec le CEO, vous serez en charge de l'évolution de la gamme de produit de la startup et de la satisfaction client.Vous aurez à : Définir et piloter la roadmap produit de la gamme de solutions connectées, incluant applications mobiles, dashboard professionnel et APIs. Superviser la création et le suivi du packaging des produits. Assurer le suivi des roadmaps transverses avec l'équipe Tech Participer aux rendez-vous avant-vente et à l’onboarding client en Europe, garantissant la satisfaction et l’adoption des solutions. Gérer le support client et superviser la QA pour garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des produits. Lancer de nouveaux produits dans la gamme et piloter les évolutions des solutions existantes. Manager et faire grandir l'équipe composé d'un QA et d'un CSM (+2 à recruter). VOTRE PROFIL : HEAD OF PRODUCT / LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER Vous êtes issu(e) d’une école d’ingénieur Expérience confirmée en gestion de produits tech/IoT ou deep tech, idéalement dans des environnements B2B et B2C. Expérience dans le lancement et le suivi de nouvelles gammes de produits. Capacités à piloter la satisfaction client, onboarding et support, tout en supervisant QA et équipes opérationnelles. Esprit analytique et orienté résultats, capable de prioriser les features et d’anticiper les besoins clients.
