International Inside Sales Representative

As part of Sinay’s Sales Department, you will support our Sales and Marketing Teams in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Reporting to the Head of Sales, **you will be responsible for prospecting outbound leads and qualifying inbound marketing leads.**
More specifically, you will be in charge of:
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads on an international scale
- Convert Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Qualified Leads
- Get the sales process moving by making a great first impression and establishing a solid foundation to build a long-term relationship.
- Follow-up on and move qualified leads through the pipeline and work closely with the Sales Reps for them to take over toward closing business.
- Research customers and identify decision makers of potential prospects.
- Develop the skills necessary to profile, qualify and schedule appointments with key decision makers.
- Use tools like Hubspot and LinkedIn to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information for customers and prospects.
- Interact with prospects (articulate capabilities and advantages, manage and overcome prospects’ objections).
What we are looking for:
- Interest in tech, with great communication skills
- Previous technical or software solution sales experience helpful
- Dedication to customer success with a strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage business, and clearly communicate results back to the organization
- Drive to succeed
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong academic background
- International mindset
- Fluent French & English, a third language or more is appreciated
**Location**: Caen, Normandy, FRANCE - Partial remote allowed
**Education**: Master’s degree or Business school - strong background appreciated
**Experience**: Minimum of 6 months of previous sales experience with a high call volume preferable
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: 32,000.00€ - 37,000.00€ per year
