La Casa de las Carcasas a vu le jour en 2012 grâce à un projet innovant : la production et la vente de coques et accessoires pour smartphones et tablettes, proposant des produits exclusifs, en phase avec les tendances, créés par notre département design en interne.

Le premier magasin a ouvert à Madrid en 2013. Depuis cette date, le groupe est en forte croissance. Nous sommes leader sur les marchés espagnol, portugais et italien, avec plus de 300 magasins en propre et plus de 2 000 employés dans le monde.

**Opening project manager (H/F)**:
**Les missions**:
Participer à l'étude et l'analyse préliminaire des emplacements
Identifier, définir et organiser les différentes étapes du développement et de la construction du projet, et en assurer le suivi
Assurer une bonne gestion des ressources afin de respecter les objectifs fixés en termes de coûts et délais
Faire le lien entre les différents départements/interlocuteurs impliqués dans les ouvertures
Maîtriser les DAT (dépôt des dossiers en mairie) et dossiers techniques
Suivre les principaux contrats (construction, fournitures d'équipements, fournisseurs de systèmes)
Superviser les travaux et assurer de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs et prestataires
Contrôle économique, budgétaire et des délais.
Gestion du contrôle de la qualité sur le site.
Mise en œuvre et suivi des mesures de prévention et de surveillance de la santé et de la sécurité dans le centre de travail, conformément à la loi PRL et à la réglementation en vigueur dans les travaux de construction.
Veiller au respect des délais fixés pour l'achèvement des travaux.

**Votre profil**:
Bon relationnel
Capacités d'analyse
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable de site.
Permis de conduire.
Disponibilité à voyager fréquemment pour effectuer des travaux dans tout le pays.
Responsabilité à l'égard du projet.
Connaissance des chantiers de construction.
Capacité à travailler en équipe.
Connaissance d'AUTOCAD.
Si vous avez déjà une expérience dans le retail c’est un véritable atout
