Padam Mobility recherche un(e) Human Resources Business Partner de talent, sociable et d'un naturel rigoureux

Au sein de l'équipe Ressources Humaines, composée de Clémence, Chief People Officer, Eléonore, Responsable Administration du Personnel et Clément (c'est moi ), Responsable Recrutement, vous êtes le/la partenaire RH de référence des équipes et des managers.

Vous accompagnez la croissance de l'entreprise en pilotant les sujets liés au développement des talents, à la performance, à l'engagement et à la structuration des pratiques managériales. De façon plus ponctuelle, vous intervenez également sur des sujets variés comme la vérification de la paie, les processus d'offboarding, la passation des connaissances…

Vos missions :

Stratégie RH

  • Vous accompagnez les managers au quotidien sur leurs enjeux d'organisation, de performance et de développement des équipes,

  • Vous traduisez la stratégie RH de l'entreprise en actions concrètes et pragmatiques,

  • Vous êtes un point d'appui dans les phases de croissance, de structuration et de transformation.

Développement des talents & gestion des carrières

  • Vous pilotez les cycles de performance, de feedback et de développement des collaborateurs,

  • Vous êtes responsable des sujets en lien avec la formation (planification, arbitrages, gestion budgétaire, prestataires internes & externes…),

  • Vous accompagnez et faites monter en compétence les managers dans leur posture, leur communication et leurs pratiques,

  • Vous aidez à identifier les talents clés de l'entreprise et co-construisez les parcours d'évolution en conséquence.

Culture & expérience collaborateur

  • Vous contribuez activement à une culture d'entreprise engageante et alignée avec nos valeurs (SHARE, CARE, LEAN, IMPACT),

  • Vous cherchez l'amélioration continue de l'expérience et de l'engagement collaborateur,

  • Vous gérez les situations humaines sensibles avec justesse et pragmatisme.
