Basé.e à Paris, nous recherchons un HR Business Partner (HRBP) pour nos fonctions Industries et Purchasing.

Vous naviguerez dans un environnement multiculturel, en soutenant des équipes basées en EMEA, Amériques et APAC.

**Vos missions**:
Sous la direction du HRVP basée à Paris, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'alignement des initiatives RH sur les objectifs de l'entreprise, en soutenant les dirigeants et en pilotant des stratégies humaines qui améliorent l'efficacité organisationnelle. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les managers et collaborateurs, en veillant à ce que nos pratiques RH favorisent l’engagement, le développement des talents et l’excellence des performances.

Votre périmètre d'activité:

- 300 employés basés dans 30 pays en EMEA, Amérique ; et APAC

Vos principales responsabilités:

- Agir à titre de conseiller en ressources humaines, en veillant à ce que les stratégies en matière de ressources humaines s'alignent sur les objectifs d'affaires.
- Diriger des initiatives de gestion du changement/RH pour soutenir la croissance et le succès de l'organisation. Par exemple, adapter notre organisation, favoriser une culture de feedback, mettre en œuvre de nouvelles routines/systèmes et outils de gestion.
- Collaborer avec les managers pour constituer une équipe performante et favoriser un environnement de travail engageant et inclusif - garantissant l'équité et la conformité.
- Gérer le recrutement et l'intégration pour attirer et retenir les talents.
- Promouvoir la planification de la succession et les revues de talents, plaider en faveur des mobilités internes en garantissant un solide vivier de talents.
- Soutenir les discussions de carrière avec les employés et les conseiller sur les ressources d'apprentissage tout en alignant les aspirations individuelles sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer avec des équipes RH plus larges pour assurer la cohérence et les meilleures pratiques dans toutes les régions.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Un professionnel des RH à l'esprit business avec au moins +5 ans d'expérience en RH en partenariat dans une entreprise industrielle.
- Un bâtisseur de relations qui influence et collabore avec les chefs d'entreprise et les équipes RH dans un environnement complexe et mondial.
- Un résolveur de problèmes pratique doté de compétences en facilitation.
- Un état d'esprit international avec une expérience de travail dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
- Diplôme en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Langue: français et anglais courant.
