Join Ecolab as a **Global **Account** **Enterprise** Solutions** Division Lead**, **within our Institutional division supporting our Contract Management (CMG) Segment in Europe. This role will be delivering comprehensive, innovative enterprise programs to meet the needs of the assigned customer.

As a **Global Account Manager Enterprise Solutions**, you own the European level relationship and account strategy to create superior value to our customers while driving growth and profitability for Ecolab. You will build an understanding of our customer business and industry trends and a deep working knowledge of your assigned customer relationships, while partnering with Europe and Global Corporate Account teams and Division GMs in Europe to retain, grow and gain business with your assigned customer.

**What You Will Do**:

- Be responsible for all revenue generating activities; prospecting, presenting, driving value and closing new business for the Institutional & other divisions portfolio.
- Identify customer needs and leverage Ecolab solutions and innovations to create value, communicate our impact and capture value for Ecolab.
- Develop robust customer-centric sales strategies to retain, grow and gain new business with focus on realizable volume gain execution.
- Learn our customers’ operations, understand their challenges and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Oversee customer service and solution delivery and communicate clear account priorities, goals and plans to educate our internal teams regarding strategies and tactics for expanding business and addressing customer needs.
- Effectively manage the profitability of the business and drive new business sales through effective prospecting efforts, partnering with field and distributor sales teams, merchandising our total value proposition and closing the sale with customers.
- Identify business needs and opportunities that drive customer adoption of new and innovative products in order to develop and implement customized solutions for your customers.
- Develop key relationships within your assigned accounts and across the industry.
- Lead through influence in your assigned geography and across the enterprise (Pest, Nalco, Ecosure etc.)
- Attend business and social events in support of customer relationships.
- Ensures close alignment of Marketing efforts to the Enterprise Sales Marketing initiatives, across divisions.
- Close partnership with GAM Enterprise solutions across divisions, corporate accounts finance and legal to ensure profitability, compliance and brand standards.
- Collaborate across our businesses to identify new opportunities and serve our One Customer approach.
- Manage prospect pipeline to ensure sustained & healthy growth.
- Look for ways to grow Ecolab presence in market to gain competitive business.

**Position Details**:

- 50% overnight travel may be required
- Driving licence required

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 7 years foodservice or hospitality industry sales experience or Ecolab relevant experience
- Demonstrated sales skills including relationship-based selling and prospecting
- Fluent level of English (written and spoken)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Completed Master’s degree or MBA
- Fluent level of French will be a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative teams across regions, functions and businesses
- Financial and analytical skills, including the understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concerns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
