As a member of the Givaudan Customer Excellence controlling organization. You will support the decision-making of the commercial management of Givaudan Flavor Ingredients (GFI) and at the same time you will be the controlling partner for Regulatory facilitating the function in providing internal and external customers with regulatory advices about site and product certifications. You will report to the Central Commercial Controller.

**Your Challenge**:
**Support Sales and Marketing**:You are the_controlling partner_of the GFI Sales and Marketing team worldwide. Provide proactive analysis and guidance. Lead meetings to communicate on the performance. Identify opportunities and develop corrective actions together with the team to meet financial and non-financial targets.

**Influence Financial Planning**:Develop, in collaboration with your stakeholders, the Sales budget by market, customer, product for GFI and also the OPEX & Head count budget for both GFI and Regulatory. Prepare forecasts to provide visibility on the performance and help reach the targets. Assist to develop and deliver the commercial 5 years business plan.

**Build Financial Performance Reporting**:Perform monthly review of actual performance versus target/prior year (Sales, Margin, OPex, headcount and overall performance). Improve KPIs and reports. Ensure data accuracy. Work with the Givaudan organization for improvement, streamlining and automation of reporting processes. Support main projects needed to deliver the controlling priorities.

**Your professional profile includes**:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics or Accounting with emphasis on data analytics and interpretation.

5+ years of relevant experience in controlling/finance with international background

Business mindset; ability to understand and simplify the needs of the business and translate into business value

Similar industry exposure is an advantage (FMCG, Manufacturing)

Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions), SAP knowledge (Finance and Operation Modules)
