**Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (H/F)**:

La société SYSTRA SA, siège du Groupe avec plus de 350 collaborateurs, est composée principalement des Fonctions Support du Groupe.

La Direction des Ressources Humaines de SYSTRA SA accompagne et conseille les différentes directions et a pour mission de définir la politique et la stratégie de gestion du capital humain en lien avec les orientations stratégiques.

**MISSIONS**:
Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des Ressources Humaines, le ou la **Responsable Ressources Humaines** est notamment en charge:

- De mettre en œuvre la politique RH de l’entreprise
- De contribuer au développement des Talents et au Management de la Performance en optimisant et mettant en œuvre les processus RH associés
- D’accompagner les managers, dans la compréhension des enjeux humains et le développement de leurs équipes
- De mettre en place et gérer le plan de recrutement
- De gérer et mettre en place le plan de formation
- De participer à l'élaboration et au déploiement de projets transverses en support de l'équipe dans une double logique d'innovation et d'amélioration continue

**PROFIL**:

- Formation supérieure BAC + 5 école de commerce ou universitaire
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle sur un poste similaire avec exposition internationale
- Excellentes capacités d’écoute, d’analyse, relationnelles et de communication
- Autonomie, capacité d’initiative et esprit d’équipe
- Gestion du stress
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral)
