We are currently hiring a high-end field service engineer (M/F/d). In this role you can this role, you carry out services (installation, preventive and corrective maintenance) for the products of the high-end microscopy (LS) range and support for the advanced microscopy at customers' premises.

Vos missions
- You will carry out all the actions necessary for the installation and commissioning of the products of the Microscopy range, High-end and advanced microscopy (LS and MS
- You carry out a daily activity report on the performer of the technical access English, written and oral final installation report
- You ensure maintenance operations (preventive and corrective) on customer sites
- You introduce users to the device and software to obtain the final installation report
- You implement actions to guarantee the achievement of set objectives (performance, deadlines, etc.)
- You comply with regulatory and security obligations
- You carry out a daily activity report on the performer of the technical actess English, written and oral
- You ensure on-site support by traveling (up to 5 days/week), overnight stays (up to 2-3 days per week as average) nationally (approx. 70%), in the Region (approx. 20%) of his activity, but also in some cases in other European countries (10% of activity

Vos compétences
- University degree or equivalent in comparable areas, biology, physics, electrical engineering, information systems or a comparable qualification on high-end microscopes
- Ability to understand and interact with complex technical systems and how these relate to our customers' goals like sales, service or operations
- Experience in field service or similar areas is a plus
- The relevant part of customer-related processes and activities like sales, service or operations
- Internal and external communications in English both written and oral
- Ability to speak a second European language would be beneficial
- In-depth IT-knowledge
- The ability to speak a second European language would be a beneficial mindset
