En tant que People Operations Manager Part-Time, tu es au cœur de l'expérience collaborateur et du quotidien RH, tout en apportant un vrai soutien aux dirigeants dans leurs enjeux humains et organisationnels.
Tes missions principales :
Assurer la gestion RH opérationnelle et administrative : contrats, onboarding, suivi des absences, variables de paie, outils SIRH.
Piloter les process People clés : recrutement, intégration, performance reviews, formations et accompagnement des managers.
Être l'interlocuteur de confiance des équipes au quotidien, en favorisant un environnement clair, bienveillant et efficace.
Travailler en binôme avec un·e DRH expérimenté·e, pour bénéficier de son expertise, monter en compétences et sécuriser les décisions stratégiques.
Contribuer à la structuration des pratiques People & Culture, en mettant en place des process efficaces et évolutifs.
Un CDI, pour conjuguer stabilité et diversité des missions
