As a member of a a dynamic team and a growing company dedicated to the production of natural ingredients for cosmetics, you develop and lead a network of distributors:
**Tasks**:
- Give marketing and technical presentations to customers and distributors
- Define sales targets and specific objectives for distributors
- Support the implementation of the marketing plan dedicated to distribution
- Participate in the training of the regional sales force at our distributors
- Negotiate prices with the marketing and sales manager
you are in charge of prospecting new accounts and identifying their needs.
So you:
- Monitor business opportunities
- Lead the negotiation process from initial offer to contracts
- Provide information for market knowledge
Profile
Ideally from a background in engineering or chemistry, you combine good technical knowledge and a developed sense of business.
You have 5 to 10 years of successful experience in a similar position within a company working in the cosmetic ingredients market. You are recognized for your entrepreneurial spirit, your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to listen. Autonomous, organized, you are solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team.
You must be fluent in English.
Frequent international travel
**Salary**: 30,000.00€ - 42,000.00€ per year
