**Le poste**:
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Project Manager en Logistique pour agrandir notre équipe Operational Excellence (OpEx). En travaillant au sein de l'équipe OpEx, tu joueras un rôle clé dans l'amélioration continue des process de l'aval de notre supply chain (de l'entrepôt au client). Ton objectif sera que les Box HelloFresh soient livrées avec la meilleure expérience client possible.

**Ce que tu feras**:

- **Optimisation de la supply chain**: Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et améliorer les process, systèmes et outils pour accroître l'efficacité et atteindre nos KPIs. Implémenter de nouvelles initiatives pour réduire les erreurs logistiques et optimiser les coûts.
- **Harmonisation des process**: Comprendre les contraintes locales pour standardiser et adapter les process de livraison à travers différents marchés, assurant une cohérence globale. Définir notre modèle opérationnel cible pour notre chaîne logistique.
- **Stakeholder management**: Collaborer et s'aligner avec un grand nombre de parties prenantes de diverses équipes en remettant continuellement en question le statu quo.
- **Gestion de projet**: Identifier et réaliser des projets pour augmenter l'efficacité, améliorer la qualité et réduire les coûts d'expédition en utilisant des approches structurées de résolution de problèmes (DMAIC, 5 Pourquoi, etc).
- Titulaire d'un Bac +5,
- 3 à 4 ans d'expérience dans les opérations ou en amélioration continue,
- Des compétences en gestion de projet et en stakeholder management,
- Tu apprends vite, t'adaptes facilement et aimes les environnements ultra dynamiques,
- Organisé.e, rigoureux.se, tu fais preuve d'une grande attention aux détails,
- Tu as une bonne maîtrise d'Excel, SQL est un plus,
- Tu parles couramment français et anglais (à l'oral, comme à l'écrit).
