Role:
Kyriba Working Capital Solutions is expanding very fast and adding major banks and corporates to the platform. To continue building on this success, Kyriba is now looking to launch a new Receivables finance module that would service both corporate and bank customers. We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in this space to build and deliver the best solution in the industry.

The Director, Working Capital will be responsible for defining, designing, building and developing the best in class receivables Finance cloud platform in partnerships with clients and banks, part of a wider Kyriba working capital solution set.

You will partner with your business analyst and R&D teams to understand and define how specific product features and improvements should be delivered in a SaaS software development environment.

You will work with business stakeholders to understand business needs, drivers, and direction in order to align initiatives appropriately into releases. This role will be in either Paris or London and will report directly to the SVP, Working capital.

**Responsibilities**:
- Define the vision, strategy of the Receivables Finance product and in particular how this could service both sets of potential customers - banks and corporates.- Ensure smooth delivery from design to production.- Perform user and market research to establish requirements that will best meet client needs.- Be the mini ‘ CEO’ of your product, liaising with all internal and external stakeholders.- Define half-yearly objectives for all Business Analysts on your team.- Work closely with the Product Marketing teams to define and validate the product catalog and the internal and external marketing plan.- Support Sales during strategic opportunities.- Monitor and analyze all of the product metrics (KPIs) as well as project progress reports.- Animate client conferences and user clubs about how to better enhance the product.

**Profile**:
- At least 10 years of experience in working capital Management, either part of a bank of a fintech provider.- Meaningful working experience in Receivables finance and its different flavors (Factoring, invoice discounting, Receivables securitization, Supply chain finance).- Working experience in Agile development.- Effective and impactful communication skills, both verbal and written.- Desire to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones and develop strong relationships across functions within Kyriba.- Experience with JIRA preferred- You will be client focused, taking initiatives to delight them and build the best in class product.
