**Job description**
- **Job Title: IT User Manager-AD Specialist**:

- **Working Hours**:Full-Time - Monday to Friday, Standard Business Hours
- **Start Date**: As soon as possible
- **Location**: Lyon, France
- **Employment Type**: Fixed Term Contract
- **Preferred Contract**: B2B with Sharp Brains Limited (UK) - you should be eligible to contract/file your taxes yourself. (As Self Employed / Contractor or through an Umbrella company)

**Mission**:
We are looking for a skilled Identity Access Management Engineer to oversee and enhance our identity and access management processes. This role is pivotal in managing identities, access, and directory services, as well as automating user provisioning and implementing single sign-on (SSO) solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identity Management**: Administer and manage identities within the organization.
- **Access Management**: Oversee and manage access controls to ensure secure and efficient access to resources.
- **Directory Services Management**: Handle services related to directory management.
- **User Provisioning Automation**: Implement and manage automated processes for user provisioning.
- **Identity Analysis**: Conduct analysis of identities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- **SSO Implementation**: Set up and maintain single sign-on (SSO) solutions for seamless access.
- **Governance and Administration**: Oversee Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) practices to maintain a robust and compliant identity management framework.

**Required Skills**:

- **Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Experience with Office 365 (O365)
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune
- **Professional Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management roles
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage complex systems
- **Language Skills**:

- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken

**Profile**:

- **Autonomy**: Must be capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
