**Job Description**:
Within our international in-house executive search team, you will be responsible of the following tasks:

- Delivering senior searches by creating sourcing strategy by using databases, on-line tools, direct approach (cold calling, blind calling) and Eurofins ATS
- Conducting thorough market research to navigate key companies and build accurate pipeline
- Publishing advertisements and screening ad responses
- Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time
- Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database
- Participate in update meetings with the internal client

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the recruitment space (agency or internal)
- Accurate, analytical and detail-oriented
- Bias for action, ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, goal and solution-driven
- Eager learner and a team player
- Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French and English, and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Master's degree is preferable
