**The main tasks for the IT Specialist will be**:
- Obtaining, Listing, and working on user requests by:
- Phone
- And other channels acting as first and second lines of support.
- Accountability for management of:
- Users
- Systems
- And user rights in accordance with Company Standards.
- Working and following-up on Events:
- Service Requests,
- Problems,
- And other tasks that may be assigned
- Providing general local on-site and hands-on IT support at our factory also helping in the solution of IT structure incidents.
- 2-year grade in IT linked discipline
- 2-3 years of involvement
- Good communication skills in French
- Exceptional Service and Customer mind-set
- Self-motivated with a Strong sense of ownership and accountability with an ability to see tasks through to completion
- Detailed insight of PC construction and basic sense of IT infrastructure constructs
- Specialized practice helping users in first
- and second-line support.
- Practical experience aid IT hardware and software counting but not limited to:
- Microsoft goods and solutions such as:
- Windows OS
- Office and Outlook in a Microsoft Exchange environment
- Skype for Business
- Cisco Unified Communications
- Mobile Management solutions
- Network connectivity and infrastructure.
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
- Great English skills (written and spoken)
