IT Specialist at Didomi Do you want to join Didomi as our first IT Specialist? The role will secure a smooth, secure and efficient IT environment for over 120 hybrid and remote employees. You will manage IT assets, tools, processes and security, and support onboarding, offboarding and sustainability initiatives. 📍 Headquarters in Paris. Regular travel to our Lille office (about every two months) is required to support local IT operations, TV SDK testing for developers and ensure a consistent employee experience across sites and remote teams. What’s it like being an IT Specialist at Didomi? You are the go‑to person for IT issues, helping colleagues via JIRA tickets and Slack. You set up and maintain laptops (Mac OS & Windows) and enforce compliance with JAMF and Intune. You run onboarding and offboarding, from account setup to laptop recovery. You support developers with TV SDK testing and other on‑site needs. You keep IT stock organized and ready for new joiners. You contribute to a security‑first culture by applying policies across devices and systems. Responsibilities Be the main point of contact for hardware, software, accounts and access‑right requests. Manage support through JIRA and maintain IT documentation for internal users. Prepare and deploy IT equipment for new joiners (Windows & Mac OS). Manage account creation and access across Google Workspace, Slack, Office 365 and internal systems. Handle smooth off‑boarding: recover equipment, deactivate accounts and manage data retention. Continuously improve onboarding experience in collaboration with HR. Manage IT equipment lifecycle: ordering, configuration, maintenance, repair, recycling. Keep IT stocks in Paris, Lille and remote locations organized. Support TV SDK developers in Paris with test devices and setup. Ensure proper functioning of local networking infrastructure. Apply security controls and updates for all company devices. Manage internal tools and permission structures (shared mailboxes, groups). Ensure compliance with security policies (ISO 27001 alignment). Contribute to equipment reuse and recycling and promote environmental responsibility within IT practices. Technical Skills Required Fluent in English and French. 2+ years with JAMF and Intune. 2+ years administering Google Workspace. 1+ year with Microsoft licenses. Strong technical skills on Windows & Mac OS systems. Soft Skills Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting. Strong interpersonal and customer‑service mindset. Organized, proactive and collaborative. Nice to Have Hardware maintenance experience. Apple Business Manager experience. Knowledge of Vanta. Reporting & Collaboration Reports to the DevSecOps Lead. Works closely with HR, security and external IT partners. Recruitment Process HR screening – 15 minutes. Technical interview with the DevSecOps Lead. Case study exercise. Case study review – 1 h 30 min. Final 1:1 interviews – with the DevSecOps Lead, the VP of Engineering and the CTO.
