- Talent Maker, c’est un poste unique et innovant pour créer de A à Z des fonctions stratégiques et accompagner les managers de demain. Si tu es familier-e de la gestion de projet, du recrutement ou du coaching, tu es déjà prédisposé-e pour ce jobet si non, on t’apprendra tout ça _

Le job de Talent Maker c’est 3 missions:
De la **gestion de projet** : Tu réalises un diagnostic pour comprendre la situation et les enjeux du client, tu élabores un plan d’action détaillé sur 6 mois pour créer la fonction cible, tu fixes les objectifs et les résultats à atteindre par le futur talent.

Du **coaching** : Bien plus qu’un simple suivi sur les premiers jours, c'est une véritable phase d’accompagnement de 6 mois pour coacher et former le talent pour augmenter sa réussite dans son nouveau job.

**Tu n’as jamais fait ça (ou peu) ? On va t’accompagner et te former **

**Sur les 6 premiers mois** : tu vivras un véritable parcours avec des pratiques d’intégration, de formation (soft skills et hard skills), et de partage qui te mettront dans les meilleures conditions pour réussir dans le job

**Après les 6 premiers mois** : tu continueras de te développer grâce à des apprentissages dynamiques et en continu, avec une vraie culture managériale de servant leadership, pour créer un maximum de valeur pour F:S et nos clients

Et pour faciliter ton intégration, tu as:

- un **Bac+5**: ESC, Diplôme d’Ingénieur, Master en école ou à l’université : _tous les parcours nous intéressent_
- une expérience avec une **1ère prise de responsabilités** : _tu as eu un vrai rôle de cadre et/ou de manager_ _fonctionnel/hiérarchique/projet_

Statut : Cadre

Salaire : 33 000,00€ à 38 000,00€ par an
