You are joining the Agency Middle Office team as Manager Middle Office Agent Real Estate and Hospitality.

Your daily tasks are:

- Manage a portfolio of financing files that you set up and control;
- Monitor your portfolio (syndication, amendments, contractual obligations of the Borrower, reporting, management of guarantees,...)
- Ensure that financing data is updated in internal systems and reporting tools;
- Participate in the various projects implemented within the team and beyond.

To carry out these tasks, you will be the preferred interface for the Front Office but also for your client and other stakeholders and internal and/or external stakeholders at the bank.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have a higher education, and you have first experience in the financing field, ideally in a middle office.

You are proficient in:

- Syndicated loans;
- Analysis of contractual documentation;
- The real estate market and its current context;
- Common office tools (knowledge of Loan IQ would be an asset).

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Organized, reliable and rigorous;
- Motivated by teamwork.

You have a B2 level of English.
