Build and lead the Solutions Engineering function at a fast-growing SaaS startup

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong leadership potential with the ability to build, coach, and grow a Solutions Engineering team.
  • Technically skilled in SQL, JavaScript, JSON, scripting/automation, and integrations (CRMs, ERPs, data pipelines).
  • Customer-focused and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Startup or scale-up experience preferred, with a curiosity for modern tools and AI applications.

About the Role:

  • Build and scale the Solutions Engineering team across France and the US, hiring and mentoring top talent.
  • Own deployment and activation for key customers, leading implementations from kickoff to go live.
  • Define and track delivery performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
  • Create repeatable playbooks, methodologies, and documentation to ensure high-quality deployments.
  • Partner with Sales during pre-sales to validate feasibility, shape solutions, and ensure smooth handoff post-sale.
