Events Manager

Doctolib is hiring a Senior B2B Events Marketing Manager. Directly reporting to the Head of B2B Events, you will work closely with a Events Manager and a Junior Events Manager. You will manage an intern

**Your missions**:

- You will be responsible for the project management of individual events from A-Z, including timely and smooth planning, organisation and implementation of individual events, agency control and all related measures
- You are responsible for the budget planning and control of the individual event budgets, work data-driven and can calculate the ROI of your events
- You are responsible for the online and offline communication strategy around events and actively look for further opportunities to strengthen our event presence (such as workshops, panel discussions and expert lectures) in close cooperation with our PR & Communications, and Content team
- You will organize the collaboration with the sales team for events and congresses and hold regular briefings and trainings for all parties involved
- You will optimize prospects & clients online journey to maximize our event's registrations

**Who are you?**:

- You have a diploma from a business/marketing school, or a university degree in the field of events, media & communications and / or business administration (or a comparable education) or have completed training as an event manager.
- You have already gained 3 years minimum of experience in the independent management of trade events, congresses and major events in the B2B sector
- You show a high degree of initiative and team spirit
- You are very structured and have a good personal efficiency
- You have a good level of communication skills and customer orientation
- Previous experience in event and congress planning and in the healthcare sector is a plus
- You have** great communication skills**, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision;
- You are used to working in an **international** environment and able to think global / act local;

- You have an **entrepreneurial mindset** with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;
- Native speaker in **French. **Operational/Intermediate level** of English**:

- An understanding of the healthcare industry and a good vision of the future of healthcare is a plus.
