Project Manager

Axians Brand Team is a fast-paced, cross-functional group of 28 international professionals. Together, we support and accelerate the growth of the Axians network, which includes 370 ICT (Information and Communication Technology) business units worldwide.

Our mission is to connect and energize our global Axians community through:

- Internal workgroups and international events
- Promotion of innovative and sustainable solutions
- Independent management of transversal projects

As part of the Axians Young Talent Program, you’ll join a vibrant team and take on two key missions:
**Mission 1: Driving Axians’ Sustainability Strategy**

Sustainability is now a strategic priority for Axians. We’ve developed a unique tool to help estimate the carbon footprint of customer projects. You’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting and training business units across countries to use the tool
- Expanding the tool’s database by sourcing environmental data from suppliers and open platforms
- Promoting the tool’s adoption across the network

You’ll also contribute to broader sustainability initiatives, including:

- Creating and sharing internal content (white papers, presentations, videos) to highlight green solutions
- Coordinating the 2026 European external communication campaign with our comms teams
- Helping replicate successful sustainable offers across countries.

**Mission 2: Boosting Axians’ Industry Market Presence**

The industry sector is Axians’ largest market, driven by emerging technologies like AI, 5G, cloud, and cybersecurity.

You’ll lead key initiatives for this segment, including:

- Organizing an Industry Learning Expedition alongside Europe’s largest industrial trade fair in Germany
- Producing an annual business report on market trends, Axians’ positioning, and standout success stories
- Hosting workshops and meetings with expert communities and business units.

You’ll also play an active role in global Axians events such as the Management Seminar and Business & Technical Conferences.
- Engineering / Business School / University Graduate background
- Fluent in English (main job language) and French
- Rigorous, curious, eager to work and/or experienced in environmental transition, ICT and business development
- Good communication skills
- Agile, with the capability to understand and quickly adapt to a complex and international organization

Your will directly report to the business development and environment manager of Axians Brand Team.
