Description du poste
- As Head of Logistics - Last Miles Delivery, you will lead a dynamically growing last mile operation for Autohero in France. Your role will be focused on managing and scaling our fleet of unique AutoHero trucks and ensuring the best car buying experience on the market.
- Deploy fleet of our unique AutoHero trucks to enable the best car delivery experience for every customer.
- Lead and scale home delivery team of operations managers, order fulfillment managers and handover experts
- Build a delivery hub network and run the day-to-day last mile operations to reach our targets: best-in-class customer experience and high output at low cost.
- Monitor closely customers feedback, take concrete measures to improve performance and ensure a strong continuous improvement culture among our employees.
- Design and constantly improve procedures, training and onboarding materials to ensure high customer happiness and productivity across all delivery hubs and a very effective onboarding process.
- Ensure legally compliant and safe work environments (incl. monitoring of rest
- and driving times).

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated success in managing last miles delivery.
- Excellent team management skills, previous experience leading and managing a team of more than 20 team members (directly and indirectly), ideally across multiple locations.
- Experience in scaling up businesses or demonstrated success in a leading position within start up operation is advantageous.
- Self-starter with data-driven approach and capacity to solve complex problems in global setting.
- Excellent communication skills in French, good communication skills in English are advantageous.
